Chef Aroy collects things: adventures mostly, but also smells, half-remembered recipes, and the odd wrong turn that led somewhere wonderful.
He is a little bit of a wanderer, a little forgetful, and entirely unbothered when something doesn't turn out the way it "should."
Every story is narrated through his eyes — curious, kind, and endlessly game, treating every child as a fellow traveler, not a student.
Kru Fhay lives in Thailand, with over 20 years in children's education and baking — and an even longer history of loving both.
It started small: reading and baking with her own child, evening after evening. That routine grew into a story-driven approach to food education and creativity
